Since 13 December 2024, it has required, among other things, that manufacturer details and safety information also be visible in online listings.<\/p><h2>What information is required online<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The manufacturer&#8217;s name and contact details and, for manufacturers outside the EU, those of the responsible person in the EU<\/li>\n<li>Information identifying the product, such as its type, batch or serial number, and an image<\/li>\n<li>Warnings and safety information in the language of the country<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What this means for product data<\/h2>\n<p>This information must appear correctly in every sales channel, including marketplaces. Retailers and marketplaces are therefore increasingly making these fields mandatory.
