Oslo-based Papirfly offers a brand management platform with digital asset management, a brand portal and templates for creating marketing materials. The group was formed in 2021 through the merger of Papirfly and UK provider BrandMaster, whose name now rarely appears on the current website.

Papirfly does not list a PIM module. Listed PIM integrations include Akeneo, Pimcore, inriver, Salsify GDSN, Stibo Systems and Contentserv. Other integrations include Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Figma.

Who Papirfly is for

Papirfly identifies dealer and franchise networks, regulated industries such as banking and pharmaceuticals, and retail chains as target users, with customers spanning sectors including automotive, energy and retail. According to the provider, the suite is designed for mid-sized and large enterprises.

Papirfly does not publish prices. Pricing depends on the solutions selected and company size, with contracts typically starting at 12 months.

Ownership

Papirfly is majority-owned by growth investor Verdane (investment in January 2022, terms not disclosed). The group’s acquisitions include Meriworks (2021), Keepeek (May 2023) and Adgistics.
