Integration with PIM and other systems
QBank does not list a PIM system of its own. It lists inriver and Struct as PIM integrations, alongside SAP, Optimizely, Sitecore, WordPress, Drupal, Adobe applications, Microsoft Office and SharePoint. API access is available at an additional cost.
Who QBank is suited to
QBank lists industry solutions for manufacturing, medical technology and retail. According to its annual report, around 75% of recurring revenue comes from large customers.
Pricing
QBank does not publish prices. Quotes depend on the number of users and storage requirements, with additional charges for add-ons (Archiving, Consent Management, QMO, Branded Portals, AI), credits and implementation.
Ownership
The parent company, QBNK Holding AB (publ), is listed on the Spotlight Stock Market in Stockholm. The review of strategic alternatives launched in January 2025, which could have included a sale, concluded on 3 November 2025 without a transaction.
