London-based Brandworkz combines brand management software with digital asset management for marketing and brand teams. The company has been part of Dallas-based Spinakr Solutions since April 2023.

Hosting and security

Brandworkz runs as a SaaS solution on Amazon Web Services. According to its data processing agreement, hosting is provided in the EU and the US. The company is ISO 27001 certified (certification to the 2013 standard was announced in 2020). The vendor does not state that it has its own SOC 2 report.

Connectivity with PIM and other systems

Brandworkz does not list any PIM modules or PIM integrations. It connects to Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, Azure Active Directory, Okta, Chili Publish, Getty Images, Google Analytics, Oracle and Squiz Matrix, with further systems accessible via a REST/JSON API.

Brandworkz targets marketing and brand teams at brands of various sizes. Its customer references include organisations in finance, real estate, manufacturing and education.

Pricing

Four plans (Essentials, Core, Professional, Enterprise). According to the vendor, Essentials is free; Brandworkz does not publish prices for the other plans. Pricing is based on the number of users and the plan, with unlimited storage.

Ownership

Dallas-based Spinakr Solutions, LLC acquired Brandworkz in April 2023. The two companies had worked together since 2015, with Spinakr previously serving as a sales and implementation partner in the Americas.
