Hosting and security

Marvia runs as a cloud service on AWS in Frankfurt (eu-central-1) across three availability zones; the database is backed up every 24 hours. Marvia provides certification information only through a Vanta Trust Center, which could not be accessed.

Integration with PIM and other systems

Marvia does not list a PIM of its own. According to its FAQ, PIM product data, ERP workflows and print suppliers can be integrated, but Marvia does not name specific PIM products. Integrations are available for Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (also via CI HUB), Microsoft Office and Active Directory, as well as through an API based on the OpenAPI specification.

Who Marvia is suited to

Marvia targets brands with franchise, branch or dealer networks, particularly in the food service sector. Customers mentioned include Domino's Pizza, Burger King, Steve Madden and New York Pizza (Netherlands, Germany, Belgium).

Pricing

Marvia does not publish prices. Packages are tailored to the scope of requirements and the size of the network, with access available by requesting a demo.
