Tradebyte TB.One at a glance

TB.One is the software platform from Tradebyte Software GmbH, based in Ansbach. The company was founded in 2009 and has been part of Zalando since 2016. Tradebyte positions itself as an integrator connecting brands, retailers and marketplaces, with a focus on fashion and lifestyle: brands upload their product data to TB.One once, enrich it centrally and distribute it through the Tradebyte network to more than 90 marketplaces and retailers, according to the vendor. Tradebyte lists Zalando, Amazon and Otto among its partners. PIM is one component of the platform, rather than its core. According to the vendor, customers include PUMA, Marc O’Polo, Protest Sportswear, Philipp Plein and LingaDore.

  • Services: Article Onboarding Service, Performance Marketing and Partner Matching.

Strengths and limitations

TB.One is a strong option for fashion and lifestyle brands looking to connect efficiently with a wide range of European marketplaces and retailers. Its close ties to Zalando and extensive network are advantages. Its current positioning emphasises marketplace integration, with PIM capabilities receiving only limited coverage. For complex data models, technical product data or extensive enrichment workflows, you should assess whether TB.One can replace your PIM or would work better as a syndication layer downstream of an existing PIM. Tradebyte does not publish pricing.

Who TB.One is suited to

TB.One is suited to fashion, footwear, sports and lifestyle brands, as well as retailers, that want to syndicate product data from their ERP or PIM to Zalando and other European marketplaces while managing inventory and prices centrally.
