Ergonode profile

Ergonode is a PIM system from Krakow, Poland. The project began as an open-source PIM, but today Ergonode sp. z o.o. primarily markets a cloud offering with tiered plans. The team has around 25 employees. It targets online retailers and brands that manage product data for multiple online stores and marketplaces.

Plans and features

  • Free: permanently free for up to 1,000 products and two users, with community support.
  • Advance and Scale: from €5,990 and €19,990 per year respectively, with more products, automation rules and AI credits.
  • Enterprise: custom pricing, with private cloud hosting also available.
  • Features: data model with variants, translations, integrated DAM, automation rules and a GraphQL API.

Strengths and limitations

The free entry-level plan and published pricing make Ergonode easy for smaller retailers to try out. Customers such as Euroflorist, Sportano and Dilling are predominantly based in Poland and Scandinavia. Before making a decision, you should clarify whether and how the open-source version is still maintained, as it is no longer mentioned on the pricing page. There are currently few implementation and support partners in German-speaking markets.

Who Ergonode is suited to

Ergonode suits online retailers and brands with modest IT budgets that want to set up a modern cloud PIM themselves.
