Nuxeo is a content services platform with DAM capabilities that has been part of Hyland since its acquisition in 2021. It focuses on large, complex asset libraries, including multifile, 3D and CAD-related files, with fully configurable data models.

Integration with PIM and other systems
Hyland does not list a PIM module for Nuxeo DAM. The API-first architecture is designed to connect PIM, ERP, CMS and PLM systems. Hyland does not name specific PIM products; a blog post from 2022 describes a Salsify integration as a customer project. An Adobe Creative Cloud connector is listed.
Who Nuxeo is suited to
Nuxeo targets large organisations with extensive asset libraries, including, according to Hyland, advertising agencies, luxury brands, and media and entertainment businesses.
Pricing
Hyland does not publish pricing. The software is available to download as open source, with a paid subscription providing additional tools and services.
Ownership
Hyland acquired Nuxeo in April 2021 (completed on 8 April; purchase price not disclosed). Hyland is a Thoma Bravo portfolio company.
