Razuna

Razuna is a cloud-based digital asset management system from US-based Razuna, LLC, originally developed as open-source software. It focuses on centralised file storage, AI-powered search and sharing for teams, agencies and businesses.

Hosting and security

Razuna is delivered as SaaS. According to the vendor, customers can choose between US and EU regions, with data stored in SOC 2 Type II-audited data centres. The Enterprise plan provides for dedicated infrastructure, a choice of server location and an on-premises option.

Integration with PIM and other systems

Razuna does not list a PIM module or PIM integrations. It offers a REST API, an MCP server and integrations with Shopify, WordPress, Zapier, OneDrive, Dropbox and S3.

Who Razuna is suited to

According to the vendor, Razuna is designed for teams, creative agencies and businesses. Non-profit organisations receive discounts, while open-source projects can use it free of charge.

Pricing

The Free plan (500 GB, 5 users) is available at no cost. Unlimited costs $99 per month, including 1 TB and unlimited users, while Unlimited+ costs $499 per month. Enterprise pricing is available on request, and additional storage costs $99 per TB per month.

Ownership

Razuna was founded by Nitai, who is also behind Helpmonks. No investors or acquisitions are mentioned. The former open-source version, known as “razuna-legacy”, is no longer maintained.
