SOLIDPEPPER is a PIM vendor based in the French Basque Country, founded in 2001. The software centres on the product data sheet: each product has a sheet that brings together all its information, images and translations.
Data often comes from Excel files and is imported into SOLIDPEPPER. Images can be assigned according to your own style guide. The maintained data sheets form the basis for web catalogues. Suppliers can be given access to provide their data directly. Access permissions control who can view or edit each data sheet. A built-in translation tool helps prepare catalogues for additional markets.
Customers include e-jardin, the International Committee of the Red Cross in Geneva, DELTAPLUS, mabeo, celio and GUNNEBO. These are retailers, manufacturers and organisations with broad product ranges, many of them based in France. SOLIDPEPPER is not yet widely used in German-speaking markets. Be sure to ask about German-language support and partners who can deliver projects in these markets.
