STOCKITO

STOCKITO, developed by Vienna-based Stockito GmbH, is a cloud-based asset management solution for photos, logos, videos, stock images and licences. It focuses on image licence management, with an expiry calendar for businesses and agencies.

Hosting and security

STOCKITO runs as a cloud service. According to its terms and conditions, customer data and creative content are stored on servers in the EU, while media may also be mirrored outside the EU. Backups are stored primarily with Digital Ocean in Germany and secondarily with Amazon S3 in Ireland. The vendor does not list any certifications.

Integration with PIM and other systems

STOCKITO does not offer its own PIM system, and the vendor does not list any PIM integrations. Files are uploaded via a browser or Dropbox, and AI suggestions come from a Rekognition API. The website provides no evidence of a documented public API.

STOCKITO targets businesses and creative agencies that manage images and licences for multiple brands, freelancers and partners.

Pricing

Plans range from Mini at €9 per month (2 GB) to Enterprise at €299 per month (2 TB). All plans include unlimited users, and prices exclude VAT. A 14-day trial and a free starter plan are available, although the storage allowance for the latter is inconsistently stated as 100 MB or 500 MB.
