PIM Integrators

PIM integrators and agencies for PIM implementation

In brief: A PIM integrator configures your chosen PIM system, connects it to your ERP, online store and print workflows, and migrates your existing product data. Here you will find 114 agencies and integrators from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Each listing shows which PIM systems they partner with and links to supporting sources.

How we compile this list

We include integrators and agencies that implement PIM systems themselves and have their headquarters or an office in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. Every PIM system partnership listed is supported by the vendor’s partner page or the integrator’s website, with a link in the profile. Companies must have been in business for at least three years. Pimcore partners must have at least 20 employees; all others must have at least 10. We only name clients where a public case study is available. The list is sorted alphabetically. There are no rankings or paid listings.

How do I find the right PIM integrator?

Choose the PIM system first, then the integrator. Partner status such as Platinum or Gold indicates that an integrator has extensive experience with the system. However, it does not tell you whether they are the right fit for your project. Also consider:

  • Projects in your industry and with companies of your size
  • Experience with your ERP and e-commerce platform
  • Who will prepare and migrate the data
  • Who will support the system after go-live
  • A dedicated project team with contacts you can meet before signing the contract

A PIM implementation at a mid-sized company often takes 6 to 12 months. Your choice of integrator therefore plays a key role in keeping the project on schedule and within budget.

Not sure which partner is right for your project?

PIM-Consultants does not sell software or receive commissions from integrators or agencies. We provide independent support in selecting your system and integrator, from defining requirements to awarding the contract.

Frequently asked questions

What does a PIM integrator do?

A PIM integrator designs the data model, configures the PIM system, builds interfaces to ERP, online stores, marketplaces and print workflows, migrates existing product data and trains users. Many also support the system after go-live.

What does partner status such as Platinum or Gold mean?

Vendors classify their partners based on projects, certified consultants and revenue. The tiers have different names depending on the vendor, for example Platinum and Gold at Pimcore, or Diamond, Gold and Silver at Akeneo. We list the status exactly as it appears on the vendor’s partner page.

How much does a PIM integrator cost?

Costs depend primarily on the number of interfaces, the data model and the effort required for data migration. Most integrators do not publish their daily rates or project budgets. Our article on the cost of a PIM system provides an overview of the total costs.

Should I choose the PIM system or the integrator first?

Usually the system first, as most integrators work with only a few systems. If you choose the integrator first, they will usually recommend their preferred system. Our guide to PIM selection explains how to find the right system.

How up to date is the information?

We checked all listings in October 2026 and review them annually. If an integrator is missing or a partner status has changed, please let us know via our contact page.
