PlentyONE profile
At a glance
As of: November 2026 · based on vendor information, reviewed by usPlentyONE is a cloud-based, all-in-one platform for online retail based in Kassel, known as plentymarkets until November 2024. At that point, plentysystems AG brought its product brands, including plentymarkets, plentyShop and plentyPOS, together under the PlentyONE name. The website now lists PlentyONE GmbH as the company. The platform combines ERP functions such as order and warehouse management with an online shop, a point-of-sale system and connections to more than 150 marketplaces, according to the vendor. Product information management is an integrated module of the platform, not a standalone PIM system. According to the vendor, customers include retailers such as MissPompadour, mokebo, Orion and Toredo.

- Channel-specific content: Different text, prices and mandatory attributes for each channel, plus multilingual content for cross-border sales.
- Media: Image management and syndication in line with each platform’s requirements.
- Multichannel: Connections to Amazon, OTTO Market, Kaufland, eBay and Zalando, among others, as well as shipping and payment service providers.
- Interfaces: Import and export via CSV and REST API, for example for supplier and ERP data.
Strengths and limitations
PlentyONE is a strong option for online retailers looking to manage product data, orders, inventory and marketplace connections in a single system. Its extensive range of preconfigured marketplace connectors, particularly for German-speaking markets, is an advantage. Pricing is publicly available: plans start at €59 per month excluding VAT and are based on sales volume. A free 30-day trial is available. However, the PIM module is tailored to retailers’ needs. If you are a manufacturer requiring complex technical data models, classifications such as ETIM or ECLASS, print publishing or extensive media management, you should assess whether the functionality is sufficient or whether a specialist PIM should be added upstream.
Who PlentyONE is suited to
PlentyONE is suited to small and medium-sized online retailers that sell through their own shops and multiple marketplaces and want to bring product data, orders and inventory together in one platform.
